πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take charge of the customer journey from initial interaction through to purchase and beyond.

β€’ Manage landing pages, signup funnels, and app download interfaces.

β€’ Streamline intricate insurance-shopping user flows that require extensive customer data input.

β€’ Tailor experiences based on user persona and marketing channel.

β€’ Build trust through effective communication, engaging copy, and intuitive UI.

β€’ Oversee quote shopping and enhance the presentation of complex information without overwhelming users.

β€’ Merge various insurance carriers with differing risk models into straightforward user experiences.

β€’ Balance the needs of customers with those of insurance-carrier partners.

β€’ Incorporate products such as roadside assistance, home insurance, property tax appeals, and motorcycle insurance into the car insurance shopping process.

β€’ Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Leadership, and the CEO.

β€’ Spot significant opportunities and transform insights into delivered products.

β€’ Report directly to the VP of Growth.

β€’ Participate in weekly sprints to launch products quickly.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 5 years of experience in product management.

β€’ Experience with consumer-facing products is preferred.

β€’ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to independently gather, organize, and interpret data.

β€’ Proven ability to tackle ambiguous challenges and drive impactful results.

β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

β€’ Capacity to distill complex signals into clear and actionable recommendations.

β€’ Willingness to maintain regular daily overlap with global business hours for coordination with engineering teams.

β€’ Must currently live in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.

β€’ Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada.
