Senior Product Manager – Global Sponsor Bank Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Contribute to Form3's global sponsor bank product strategy.

• Take ownership of the roadmap for sponsor-bank-enabled platform capabilities.

• Create reusable engagement and onboarding models for sponsor banks to facilitate expansion across various jurisdictions.

• Establish and nurture relationships with sponsor banks and payment infrastructure providers.

• Convert sponsor bank, regulatory, and payment scheme requirements into actionable product capabilities.

• Analyze both domestic and international payment flows to uncover opportunities for product innovation.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Commercial, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Customer Success teams.

• Assist in market evaluations, commercial business cases, and strategic market expansion initiatives.

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sponsor bank propositions and market readiness.

• Advocate for sponsor banking within Form3's Product organization.

• Represent Form3 at customer engagements and industry events when appropriate.

• Report directly to the Chief Product Officer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Product Management within Payments, Banking, Financial Market Infrastructure, or FinTech.

• Strong comprehension of both domestic and international payment ecosystems, including clearing, settlement, sponsor banking, liquidity management, and payment schemes.

• Proven track record in leading comprehensive Product Management processes, encompassing product strategy, roadmap ownership, and product definition.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with senior stakeholders across financial institutions.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Strong commercial insight with experience in supporting partnership models or business cases.

• Ability to distill complex payment and regulatory concepts into clear product directives.

• Experience in working collaboratively with Engineering and cross-functional teams to achieve customer outcomes.

• Desirable: experience in facilitating international market expansion.

• Desirable: experience in developing sponsor bank propositions.

• Desirable: experience in enhancing payment rail capabilities across multiple markets.
