Senior Product Manager, Fintechs – Exchanges

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement product strategy focused on integrations, SDKs, and infrastructure that enable fintechs and exchanges to incorporate onchain services into their platforms.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of fintechs and exchanges, recognizing their needs related to compliance, custody, and user experience.

• Convert customer requirements into products and partnerships that provide measurable benefits.

• Initiate and expand products that allow enterprises to offer yield, trading, payments, and various onchain financial services.

• Collaborate with DeFi protocols, infrastructure providers, custodians, and chain operators to foster ecosystem development.

• Partner with engineering, business development, design, and marketing teams to transition products from concept to launch and iterate swiftly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within fintech, consumer finance applications, or centralized cryptocurrency exchanges.

• Hands-on experience with onchain/DeFi products is highly advantageous.

• Proven capability to engage with enterprise partners, identify pain points, and convert them into actionable product specifications.

• Comfortable navigating custody, wallet infrastructure, and protocol integrations.

• Strong understanding of fintech product mechanics, including trading, lending, and payments, or exchange infrastructure.

• Excels in dynamic environments with changing priorities and a fast-evolving regulatory framework.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of conveying complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• A conviction that blockchains can enhance the openness, efficiency, and accessibility of financial services.
