This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the implementation of the payments product roadmap focusing on real-time payment capabilities, advanced banking solutions, compliance interactions, data integration, and user interface experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure payment functionalities comply with KYC/AML and other regulatory requirements.
• Clearly articulate, own, and communicate the product vision and roadmap throughout the pod, business unit, and organization.
• Take ownership of domain KPIs and ensure product metrics are aligned with organizational objectives.
• Conduct market analysis on payment technologies and trends in the B2B marketplace.
• Work closely with account management, business development, and marketing teams to launch payment functionalities and enhance customer adoption.
• Partner with product managers to integrate payment solutions into Checkout, banking, liquidity solutions, and internal systems.
• Manage trade-offs and prioritization among design, engineering, time-to-market, and user experience.
• Collaborate with the pod to assess feasibility and transform the vision into an actionable roadmap.
• Customer-focused with a demonstrated history of developing and leveraging customer insights.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager leading innovation, workflows, and capabilities for digital payments or banking-centric products.
• Experience managing a fintech ecosystem involving multiple third-party partners in the payments and banking sectors.
• Strong grasp and exposure to the broader B2B software landscape and the interactions between payments and consumers with embedded finance technologies.
• Expertise in building and integrating APIs as well as financial data-driven products for onboarding bank accounts, facilitating payments, and integrating financial products such as credit.
• Proven ability to coordinate requirements among diverse stakeholders, banking/technology partners, and development teams.
• Proficient in defining opportunities and challenges, gathering and analyzing data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
• Familiarity with research, prototyping, experimentation, and analytics to inform decision-making processes.
• Genuine interest in the cannabis industry along with a passion for finance, fintech, and innovative banking technologies.
