This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the product strategy, roadmap, and business results for facilities and operational workflows.
• Collaborate directly with schools and districts to identify challenges related to scheduling, maintenance, resources, and processes.
• Conduct customer discovery, competitive analysis, and validate market needs.
• Convert operational requirements into well-defined product priorities and unique solutions.
• Work alongside Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to achieve results.
• Create business cases and recommendations that influence investment choices.
• Assess adoption rates, customer satisfaction, retention, efficiency, and revenue impact.
• Leverage AI to enhance research, analysis, planning, prioritization, and decision-making processes.
• Utilize AI in product discovery, customer insights, prototyping, and execution.
• Recognize opportunities where AI can deliver measurable value to customers and the business.
• Analyze emerging AI technologies in relation to customer challenges and business prospects.
• Employ AI to enhance scheduling, resource utilization, maintenance workflows, process automation, and operational decision-making.
• Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience within a SaaS context.
• Proven history of owning product strategy and achieving quantifiable customer and business results.
• Strong skills in customer discovery, strategic thinking, prioritization, and product judgment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capacity to influence cross-functional teams and foster alignment without having direct authority.
• Personal cell phone or device necessary to receive MFA texts or calls.
• Sufficient internet connection for the role, with a minimum download speed of 10Mbps.
• Preferred: experience in facilities management, facility scheduling, maintenance management, work order systems, CMMS platforms, or operational software.
• Preferred: experience serving K-12 schools, districts, higher education institutions, municipalities, or public-sector entities.
• Preferred: familiarity with Brightly, SchoolDude, FMX, Facilitron, or similar systems.
• Preferred: experience in modernizing existing software products or launching new SaaS solutions.
• Preferred: background in athletics, sports technology, athletic administration, education technology, or related markets.
• Demonstrated examples of applying AI to enhance outcomes, speed, or quality.
