Senior Product Manager – Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Lead Engineer on the discovery of AI and technology use cases as well as rapid prototyping.

• Identify and validate opportunities throughout the organization and convert them into actionable proof-of-concepts.

• Advocate for an AI-First product methodology and focus on prioritizing high-impact AI use cases.

• Lead the development of a technology product roadmap to ensure the ERP serves as a fast, reliable, and consistent foundation.

• Generate analytical insights to support strategic and tactical decision-making.

• Utilize metrics such as order accuracy, inventory turnover, on-time fulfillment, and process cycle times.

• Work in partnership with operations, sales, finance, engineering, business process, and data analytics teams.

• Design, construct, deploy, and enhance digital product solutions to achieve significant business outcomes.

• Collaborate with digital product management leadership, senior leaders in operations and finance, engineering, and business stakeholders.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned and adhere to company policies, standards, and safety commitments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• Over 5 years of experience in Digital Product Management or similar leadership roles within complex, matrixed organizations.

• Background in strategic planning, managing the digital product lifecycle, making technology build vs. buy decisions, and fostering customer-centric innovation.

• Strong expertise in utilizing analytics to inform strategic choices.

• Proven experience in discovering, prioritizing, and implementing AI or data-driven product use cases.

• Experience working closely with engineering teams to prototype and validate AI or data-driven product applications.

• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms.

• Practical experience in configuring and optimizing distribution ERP solutions like Epicor BisTrack, SAP, and Oracle, covering order management, inventory, purchasing, pricing, and financials.

• Demonstrated capability to leverage ERP functionalities to enhance order accuracy, inventory oversight, pricing execution, and overall operational and financial performance.

• Ability to standardize processes across acquired divisions.

• Skill in establishing and advancing technology product innovation to enhance operational efficiency.

• Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and push forward strategic initiatives.

• Advanced skills in data analytics and business intelligence tools.

• Ability to identify valuable AI and automation use cases and quickly prototype and validate them alongside the Lead Engineer.

• Comfort working in an AI-First setting and utilizing AI tools for research, analysis, and product decision-making.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across various functions.

• Capability to manage overarching strategies while being attentive to details when necessary.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
