Senior Product Manager, Endpoint

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the endpoint product domain and influence its strategic direction.

• Convert company goals into a sustainable product roadmap.

• Define the scope, sequence tasks, and make decisions regarding product trade-offs.

• Lead initiatives from the discovery phase through to general availability and post-launch adjustments.

• Provide reports on outcomes, including metrics such as adoption, retention, and impact on deals.

• Engage with enterprise customers and prospects to validate their challenges.

• Represent the product during roadmap assessments, executive presentations, and technical in-depth discussions.

• Transform customer insights into a solid product perspective.

• Collaborate with Engineering on requirements, architectural dialogues, and ensuring delivery quality.

• Work alongside Sales Architects for deal support, addressing technical objections, and gathering field feedback.

• Team up with Marketing, Customer Success, and Support for successful launches and user adoption.

• Manage prioritization and execution within Product and UX teams.

• Identify risks early and drive them towards resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, including several years in a senior or lead role overseeing a product area.

• Proven experience in delivering agent-based endpoint software that operates on customer devices.

• Knowledge of large-scale deployments, performance implications, operating system behavior, telemetry, upgrades, rollbacks, and production failures.

• Experience with B2B enterprise products sold externally in a client-facing role.

• Technical proficiency to engage in design discussions, interpret architecture documents, ask pertinent questions, and provide credible pushback.

• Capability to keep pace with engineering and challenge technical decisions when needed.

• A documented history of product ownership, decision-making, delivered work, and business impact.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both engineers and executives.

• Willingness to travel to meet customers approximately 30–40% of the time.

• Preferred experience in endpoint security or endpoint management.

• Experience in a startup or a high-growth environment is advantageous.

• Experience applying AI or ML in a shipped product is preferred.
