📋 Description

• Propel advancement across new product initiatives including motorcycle insurance, home insurance, boat and RV insurance, and non-insurance offerings.

• Quickly adapt to emerging fields.

• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights to pinpoint high-impact priorities.

• Develop and launch innovative products.

• Efficiently collect customer feedback, implement insights, and refine offerings.

• Manage the execution of the product roadmap from initial concept or launch to achieving product-market fit and scaling.

• Partner with Data Science and Customer Insights & Research teams.

• Take significant responsibility for a new product initiative.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), consumer-focused product management, or a similar role in a high-growth startup.

• Strong consumer product instincts gained from direct product development experience or close collaboration with consumer product teams.

• Proficient with data; capable of conducting independent analyses and forming conclusions from complex signals.

• Legally permitted to work in the U.S. or Canada.

• Must currently reside in an eligible hiring location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
