Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a crucial segment of Rithum's commerce platform.

• Propel the long-term vision for an eCommerce platform by utilizing AI-first methodologies.

• Integrate insights from client interviews, support tickets, and survey feedback with AI tools.

• Collaborate effectively with engineering, product teams, vendors, designers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

• Determine the priorities for the roadmap, including scope, sequencing, and trade-offs.

• Prototype and validate product ideas and workflows through AI tools.

• Manage the entire product development lifecycle from concept to launch.

• Develop and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), one-pagers, release notes, and other related documentation.

• Monitor development progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.

• Assist in product testing, validation, quality assurance, and release cycles.

• Advocate for client needs, manage requests, and cultivate strong relationships with clients.

• Influence stakeholders and gain alignment on product strategies and initiatives.

• Leverage AI-assisted data exploration and analysis to inform evidence-based product decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of product management experience in the SaaS sector, focusing on complex enterprise-level products, ideally in eCommerce or marketplace platforms.

• Experience as a Product Manager with AI-powered products, AI workflows, or data and insights platforms.

• Extensive knowledge of the complete product development lifecycle, encompassing goal setting, result measurement, and assessing feature impact on the business.

• Proven ability to drive strategy and execution for complex, integrated software ecosystems, particularly in unifying multiple platforms.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting team-based projects and contributing to technical teams.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to distill qualitative research into organized themes, opportunity areas, and/or prioritization inputs.

• Experience in prototyping product concepts or workflows utilizing AI tools.

• Proven expertise in employing AI to expedite documentation workflows while preserving quality and editorial judgment.

• Comfort in using AI-assisted tools for data exploration and analytics.

• Strong capability to collaborate with vendors and internal teams.

• Proficient in presenting product strategy and impact to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

• Skilled in data-driven decision-making and product analytics tools.

• Background in collaborating with large clients.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Capacity to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

• A Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree is preferred, though not mandatory.
