Senior Product Manager, Emerging Products

📋 Description

• Propel advancements in a crucial new product initiative, encompassing motorcycle insurance, home insurance, boat or RV insurance, or non-insurance ownership products.

• Quickly become proficient in a new area.

• Synthesize quantitative data from Data Science and qualitative insights from Customer Insights & Research to pinpoint high-impact priorities.

• Develop and launch innovative products.

• Rapidly collect customer feedback, apply insights, and iterate on offerings.

• Oversee product execution from initial concept or launch through achieving product-market fit and scaling efforts.

• Contribute to shaping the product roadmap.

• Take charge of a new product domain, including its operational intricacies, customer personas, pain points, and scaling strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting (MBB or similar), consumer-oriented product management, or a comparable position at a fast-growing startup.

• Strong instincts for consumer products gained through direct product development experience or close collaboration with consumer product teams.

• Proficiency with data; ability to conduct independent analyses and derive insights from complex signals.

• Solid analytical capabilities and the ability to formulate clear hypotheses based on data.

• A sense of curiosity and ability to think from first principles.

• A proactive ownership mindset with a commitment to resolving issues beyond one's immediate responsibilities.

• Empathy and curiosity regarding customer thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

• Strong follow-through and attention to detail.

• Must currently reside in one of the eligible locations: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.
