Senior Product Manager, Discovery & Recommendations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive the vision and create a strategic roadmap for your area of expertise.

• Utilize research and data to craft a compelling narrative that promotes the roadmap and vision.

• Cultivate a strong understanding of ezCater users and advocate passionately on their behalf.

• Lead product initiatives and collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team that includes Design, Research, Engineering, Data Analysis, and fellow Product Managers to define, prioritize, and develop new features and enhanced user experiences.

• Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement, implementing strategies that ensure our marketplace provides an unrivaled user experience.

• Establish and track ongoing metrics that assess and define success.

• Travel to Boston quarterly for strategic planning and business reviews.

• Enjoy the process of building impactful software alongside fantastic colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management focused on consumer-facing e-commerce products.

• Demonstrated history of innovating for customers; you aim to understand their true needs and develop creative solutions rather than simply maintaining the status quo.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with and manipulate data, developing hypotheses to guide innovative solutions.

• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities; you thrive on collaborating with team members across various functional areas.

• Willingness to travel up to 5 days per quarter for Together Weeks, team gatherings, and other relevant events, as necessary.
