Senior Product Manager – Digital Self Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Tackle complex issues by implementing innovative solutions.

• Evaluate risks and opportunities while providing structured, data-driven written analyses.

• Collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, colleagues, and company executives.

• Create and uphold a product roadmap aimed at enhancing the post-approval customer experience.

• Spearhead cross-functional projects to identify business challenges, reduce risks, and validate solutions through customer and market research.

• Outline use cases, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria.

• Coordinate iterative release schedules with dependent teams.

• Test, assess, and refine existing product experiences to identify friction points and promote data-informed enhancements.

• Manage stakeholder expectations while communicating timelines, obstacles, achievements, and setbacks.

• Analyze the performance of product features.

• Foster organizational buy-in and maintain open communication across various functional areas.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in software Product Management.

• Proven experience in owning and managing post-approval or account management products in a consumer-oriented digital landscape.

• Capability to design and refine self-service experiences for both web and mobile platforms.

• Background in configuring or optimizing AI chatbot workflows for self-service customer support.

• Familiarity with financial services or fintech products, including payment processes, lease or loan lifecycle management, and regulatory frameworks.

• Ability to transition from high-level strategy to detailed implementation.

• Outstanding communication skills, encompassing listening, speaking, collaboration, writing, and presentation.

• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

• Enthusiasm for developing innovative new products.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

• Experience in payment or billing products.

• Familiarity with customer notification systems utilizing push, email, or SMS triggers.

• Experience in lease-to-own, BNPL, or other consumer lending/FinTech products.

• Experience with mobile and web-based products.

• Background in risk-related products.
