
Senior Product Manager, Digital Risk Protection Takedowns

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the vision, priorities, strategy, roadmap, and operational model for takedown capabilities within the Digital Risk Protection portfolio.
• Evaluate workflows, performance metrics, escalations, and customer pain points to drive immediate and sustainable improvements in service delivery.
• Focus on high-impact takedown types and convert complex operational requirements into scalable product workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering and AI teams on validation, evidence gathering, authorization, submission, monitoring, escalation, verification, reporting, automation, and human review processes.
• Work alongside Legal and external experts concerning authorization, false positives, liability, policy requirements, and regional variances.
• Cultivate relationships with registrars, hosting providers, platforms, and disruption partners.
• Set performance metrics and collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on packaging, monetization, adoption, retention, and growth strategies.
• Extensive, hands-on experience in executing, designing, or leading digital takedown services, with significant ownership of the takedown lifecycle.
• Comprehensive understanding of requirements and execution across various threat types, providers, platforms, geographies, evidence standards, and legal or policy foundations.
• Familiarity with phishing, malicious websites, domain abuse, impersonation, trademark or copyright violations, social media misuse, or exposed code and data.
• Proven track record of transforming complex, manual operations into product strategies, requirements, workflows, and scalable technology solutions.
• Technical proficiency with APIs, automation, AI-assisted workflows, integrations, and human-in-the-loop control systems.
• Strong judgment regarding customer impact, false positives, liability, and the involvement of legal or subject-matter experts.
• Ability to align Product, Engineering, Legal, Support, and commercial teams without the need for a large dedicated organization.
• Hands-on, inquisitive, and collaborative mindset.
• Willingness and capability to establish relationships with registrars, hosting providers, platforms, or disruption partners.
