This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Define, prioritize, and manage the development of software products.

• Serve as a liaison between the market, customers, and the development team.

• Steer the product lifecycle from initial conception to launch and beyond.

• Establish the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.

• Maintain precise product requirements and supervise delivery in collaboration with the Engineering team.

• Set and uphold success metrics.

• Conduct thorough market research and competitor assessments.

• Collect customer feedback to gain insights into market needs and highlight opportunities.

• Convert market requirements into product specifications and user stories.

• Prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams.

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, launch, maintenance, and end-of-life phases.

• Monitor product performance using essential metrics.

• Make data-driven decisions to enhance the product.


⛳️ Requirements

• A University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

• Alternatively, an Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field with at least 7 years of experience.

• Over 10 years of experience in product management and/or software development.

• A solid understanding of software development processes, technologies, and architectures.

• Knowledge of market trends, business models, and financial implications.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Capability to analyze complex issues, make informed decisions, and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proficient in gathering and analyzing data to identify trends, measure performance, and drive product enhancements.

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
