Senior Product Manager – Data Platform, Web3

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and deliver the data platform product roadmap.

• Lead the ingestion and parsing of data across multiple chains, including EVM, Solana, Bitcoin, Cosmos, and others.

• Establish standardized parsing logic for transactions, transfers, contract calls, and DeFi interactions.

• Drive the labeling of addresses, protocols, and transaction attribution.

• Manage the selection and governance of token metadata, pricing, and liquidity data sources.

• Define source prioritization, fallback strategies, and mechanisms for cross-validation.

• Ensure the accuracy, coverage, and latency of data.

• Package data capabilities into APIs, datasets, and self-service analytics tools for business, growth, risk, and BI teams.

• Develop processes for data monitoring, metric definition management, and incident response.

• Collaborate with data engineering, backend, algorithm, and BI teams regarding requirements, prioritization, and delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on data platforms, data infrastructure, or internal data products.

• Hands-on experience in Web3 within a wallet, exchange, L1/L2, data provider, or DeFi protocol.

• Practical understanding of blocks, transactions, event logs, internal transactions, and the differences between UTXO and account models.

• Knowledge of data structures and parsing challenges prevalent in major blockchain networks.

• Familiarity with token data sources such as CoinGecko, CMC, Chainlink oracles, and DEX pool pricing.

• Strong understanding of ODS/DWD/DWS/ADS data warehouse structures, metrics frameworks, and event tracking design.

• Proficient in reading and writing SQL, with the ability to independently extract and validate data.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
