📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for a complex, high-impact surface and cultivate a clear perspective on its ideal functionality, starting with Tasks, Home, and Notifications.

• Spearhead a redesign of the Mercury home page: determining its content, what should be excluded, and how it justifies its space as the product's role evolves for the customer.

• Create a cohesive logic for tasks, lifecycle updates, and in-product notifications.

• Collaborate closely with Command, agents, and product teams that will increasingly rely on these surfaces to drive user intent.

• Establish direction and a prioritized roadmap, balancing the needs of users with those of every product team that relies on the Dashboard as a fundamental connector.

• Act as a genuine collaborator with design, influencing the visual and interaction language of core surfaces.

• Navigate independently through ambiguity, contributing to the visioning, sequencing, and execution of a multi-phase enhancement of horizontal Dashboard experiences.

• Frequently present strategies and trade-offs to company leadership.

• Convert qualitative and quantitative data into insights that guide the team's efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of relevant product management experience, ideally on horizontal product or platform teams responsible for delivering a quality user experience. Additional consideration for cohesive dashboard experience in fintech.

• Strong design sensibility. You understand that how something appears and feels is integral to its functionality.

• A proven history of transforming ambiguity into a definitive perspective, working independently.

• Genuine fluency in collaborating with designers as equals; you thrive when partnering with colleagues and stakeholders who are passionate about the details.

• Capability to manage complex problems from start to finish (research, design, engineering, go-to-market strategy, stakeholder management) autonomously.
