This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +7 more states.
• Take ownership of the product strategy and roadmap for Givebutter’s donor management, marketing, and reporting tools under Givebutter Plus.
• Balance both short-term and long-term investments to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with the Growth and Revenue teams to drive the adoption, retention, and monetization of Givebutter Plus.
• Lead the discovery process through customer research and the synthesis of qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Clearly define problems for Design and Engineering teams.
• Articulate and communicate the rationale behind initiatives, linking them to the broader company strategy.
• Set clear success metrics for the team.
• Work in partnership with Product Design and Engineering to develop cohesive solutions.
• Advocate for thoughtful UX decisions, ensuring that experiences are delivered consistently from start to finish.
• Utilize data to inform decision-making, tackle ambiguity with clear hypotheses, and cultivate data-driven decision-making habits.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders, manage trade-offs, and advance multiple initiatives while upholding quality standards.
• Report directly to the VP of Product & Growth.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, particularly focused on high-scale B2B SaaS or consumer software products.
• Familiarity with marketing technology tools is highly advantageous.
• Capability to manage a product area comprehensively, including strategy formulation, roadmap execution, and driving both business and customer results.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Proficient in SQL and product analytics tools like PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Hex.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to distill complex topics and convey the “why” effectively to individual contributors and executives.
• Proven track record of fostering effective working relationships with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Data, and Finance teams.
• Proficient in integrating AI tools like Claude into workflows without compromising quality.
• Experience in establishing repeatable product discovery practices across a team or pod.
• Background in conducting A/B tests and analyzing results.
• Familiarity with nonprofit technology or the broader social good sector is an added advantage.
• Work remotely from one of 10 hubs: Austin, Denver, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Salt Lake City, Minneapolis, Seattle, and Nashville.
