Senior Product Manager – Content Creation

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take ownership of key product surfaces from identifying opportunities to delivering final products.

β€’ Empower creators to produce and distribute impactful, visually stunning, and on-brand content at scale.

β€’ Oversee the core publishing platform, which includes email templates, landing pages, forms, and newsletter sites.

β€’ Align the organization on a comprehensive product vision and strategy.

β€’ Assess product impact and outcomes.

β€’ Collaborate with teams across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Success, and Sales.

β€’ Partner with various functions to harmonize product experiences with go-to-market initiatives.

β€’ Learn and utilize tools such as Linear, Mixpanel, Omni, and the design/prototyping suite.

β€’ Establish product rituals, engage with customers, and collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver features.

β€’ Develop a perspective on industry strategy, team success, and product-space objectives.

β€’ Lead significant initiatives from inception to successful launch, impacting both customers and the business.

β€’ Report directly to the Chief Product Officer, Katie Swett Miller.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 6-9+ years of experience in product management with substantial ownership of a core, revenue-generating product area.

β€’ A proven history of developing high-quality, scalable software, preferably including creation tools, editors, or content/publishing platforms.

β€’ Extensive experience in online content creation.

β€’ Worked closely with design to shape the long-term vision for a product area, including hands-on involvement in craftsmanship and visual refinement.

β€’ Proficient in data-driven decision-making and quantitative analysis.

β€’ Strong product judgment and prioritization skills.

β€’ Ability to think systemically and build for scalability.

β€’ Deep collaboration with design focusing on craftsmanship and visual quality.

β€’ Influence and collaborate across functions effectively.

β€’ Strong fluency in AI; adept at using AI tools daily and assessing significant product enhancements.

β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

β€’ High ownership and autonomy in uncertain environments.

β€’ Ability to balance short-term achievements with long-term goals.

β€’ A systems thinker focused on building foundations rather than just features.

β€’ Low ego and a strong collaborator who can influence without direct authority.

β€’ Intellectually curious with a strong inclination towards learning.

β€’ Capable of clearly communicating strategy, trade-offs, and results at various levels.

β€’ Customer-oriented while adhering to business discipline.
