This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +28 more states.
β’ Manage the complete relationship with registered students from the point of registration onward.
β’ Establish activation, initial value, and ongoing engagement behaviors throughout the post-registration lifecycle.
β’ Collaborate with marketing to enhance the experiences of registered-student cohorts across web and app platforms.
β’ Enhance lifecycle messaging, push notifications, and tailored recommendations.
β’ Determine what communications to send, to whom, when, and what to discontinue.
β’ Advance personalization and matching quality for school recommendations, saved-list insights, scholarships, and financial matching.
β’ Balance the student experience with business objectives by cultivating actionable student-interest data.
β’ Unlock insights for college partners to aid in revenue generation.
β’ Collaborate with other product teams and cross-functional partners regarding dependencies and roadmap opportunities.
β’ Comprehend the registered student funnel, return-rate trends, and effective re-engagement strategies.
β’ Conduct student research and implement engagement and retention tests.
β’ Formulate a strategy centered on metrics linked to business value.
β’ Enhance the registered experience for the upcoming enrollment cycle based on patterns of engagement and retention.
β’ Ability to navigate ambiguity and take real ownership of projects.
β’ Strong data background with the capability to understand SQL.
β’ Experience in designing experiments that connect leading metrics with long-term user outcomes.
β’ Practical experience in user research.
β’ Close collaboration with design teams to address user problems and devise solutions.
β’ Experience in launching products where an AI model played a significant role.
β’ Ability to assess AI cost and quality trade-offs.
β’ Proficiency in using AI tools for research, analysis, and shaping product strategies.
β’ Capacity to think beyond immediate effects, evaluate second-order impacts, and make informed decisions.
β’ Genuine commitment to simplifying school research and enrollment, ensuring it is easy, transparent, and accessible.
β’ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
