This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Lead and expand Keeper’s consumer product offerings across web, iOS, Android, desktop, and browser extensions.
• Establish and execute the vision, strategy, and multi-release roadmap for the consumer product line.
• Ensure a consistent and cohesive cross-platform experience with feature parity and a unified customer journey.
• Collaborate with marketing on positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, promotions, and go-to-market strategies.
• Drive efforts in acquisition, activation, onboarding, free-to-paid conversion, retention, and expansion into additional products.
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle from discovery and planning through to development, launch, and iteration.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
• Conduct user research, analyze behavior, and convert insights into product opportunities.
• Define, monitor, and analyze product and growth metrics to guide roadmap and investment decisions.
• Increase adoption and engagement of consumer add-on products such as BreachWatch, secure file storage, and secure messaging.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, support, and documentation teams to ensure successful launches.
• Stay informed about consumer security trends, competitive dynamics, and platform changes.
• Champion security-first, privacy-by-design principles, and frictionless user experiences.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management with a proven track record in consumer (B2C) software products.
• Demonstrated success in delivering consumer products across web, mobile, and desktop with measurable user and business outcomes.
• Experience in driving acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and engagement metrics.
• Background in collaborating with marketing on positioning, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong customer empathy coupled with qualitative and quantitative research experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in engineering, design, marketing, and business.
• Proficient in working with data and analytics tools to define metrics, conduct experiments, and assess impact.
• Highly organized with strong execution capabilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in Agile software development environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; a degree in business, design, or a related field is preferred.
• Preferred: experience with subscription, freemium, or free-to-paid consumer business models.
• Preferred: familiarity with cybersecurity, privacy, password management, or identity-related products.
• Preferred: experience in shipping and optimizing mobile apps and browser extensions, including best practices for app store and web store.
• Preferred: hands-on experience with A/B testing, growth experimentation, and product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
• Preferred: understanding of consumer onboarding, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies.
