
Senior Product Manager β Clinician Workflow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Drive product discovery for accountable products, encompassing customer insights, clinician workflow research, feedback from internal stakeholders, data analysis, and evaluation of unmet needs and challenges.
β’ Establish and uphold a prioritized roadmap that balances clinician workflow requirements, operational priorities, technical feasibility, regulatory considerations, and business impact.
β’ Convert product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, release scope, and implementation plans.
β’ Collaborate with program/project management to guide cross-functional teams throughout product development, launch readiness, change management, and post-launch adoption.
β’ Work alongside engineering, design, UX, clinical operations, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality features and user-friendly workflows through an iterative development process.
β’ Evaluate, analyze, and communicate product performance, adoption rates, operational impact, and KPI trends to inform roadmap decisions and demonstrate outcomes.
β’ Concentrate on clinician-facing web portals while broadening responsibilities to digital platforms that encompass clinician workflow, integrations, and related platform capabilities.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 20%.
β’ Over 5 years of product management experience, preferably with software platforms, workflow applications, or digital health products.
β’ Background in healthcare IT, medical devices, digital health, clinical workflows, or regulated software environments.
β’ Strong capability to define product scope, articulate clear requirements, prioritize effectively, and guide teams through uncertain situations.
β’ Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
β’ Extensive knowledge of product management best practices, including discovery, roadmap planning, agile delivery, launch readiness, and outcome measurement.
β’ Strong focus on end-user needs, with experience in gathering feedback from both internal and external users and converting insights into product decisions.
β’ Proficiency in utilizing analytics, business intelligence, or product data to track adoption, workflow performance, and business impact.
β’ Strong analytical skills, systems analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Proven initiative as a self-starter; results-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Familiarity with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence, road mapping tools such as Aha!, and analytics platforms like Tableau, Pendo, Google Analytics, or SQL.
β’ BA/BS degree in science, engineering, business, healthcare, or a technical discipline.
β’ Preferred: experience in developing or enhancing applications that support multiple end-user personas and complex workflow transitions.
β’ Preferred: experience with clinician-facing software, care team workflows, reporting tools, patient monitoring platforms, or healthcare operations systems.
β’ Preferred: knowledge of EHR integrations, interoperability concepts, customer care systems, user management tools, or revenue cycle management workflows.
β’ Preferred: experience with Jama or DOORS and MasterControl.
β’ Preferred: technical fluency in software architecture, APIs, data flows, scripting, or object-oriented development concepts.
β’ Preferred: experience leading cross-functional teams in a remote or distributed work environment.
