
Senior Product Manager – Channel Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Take ownership of the multi-quarter product strategy and roadmap for designated product areas.
• Facilitate prioritization among stakeholders utilizing structured frameworks.
• Lead discovery initiatives involving customers, internal users, and domain specialists.
• Convert validated needs into epics, features, and user stories complete with clear acceptance criteria and business context.
• Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and changes in scope, driving resolution efforts.
• Oversee release planning and readiness for the designated product areas.
• Conduct roadmap reviews, prioritization discussions, and decision forums with senior leadership.
• Act as the product representative in customer interactions, translating feedback into actionable insights.
• Work collaboratively with delivery teams to estimate roadmap initiatives and support quarterly and annual planning.
• Align priorities with resource capacity constraints and facilitate discussions on resource allocation.
• Mentor and coach business analysts on best practices for discovery, prioritization, and execution.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, demonstrating ownership of complex products.
• Extensive experience in US Pharmaceutical Market Access, covering areas such as Commercial Contracting, Pricing, Claims Adjudication, Rebates, or Chargebacks.
• Strong comprehension of US Healthcare and Life Sciences systems, data, and operational workflows.
• Proven capability to lead in Agile environments (Scrum) and collaborate effectively with Engineering and QA teams.
• Experience with system integration, revenue management, or business operations platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively with executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and contemporary product lifecycle management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Candidates must reside in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or New York and be within a reasonable commuting distance of the Philadelphia office.
