Senior Product Manager – Channel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the multi-quarter product roadmap and strategy for Channel Data products.

• Recognize issues and opportunities, develop a perspective, and steer the roadmap with minimal guidance.

• Engage directly with complex, high-volume channel data to convert data relationships into product decisions.

• Leverage AI tools to draft, enhance, and sustain epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Lead prioritization efforts with stakeholders using structured frameworks.

• Conduct discovery sessions with customers, internal users, and subject matter experts.

• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and changes in scope.

• Guide release planning and readiness activities.

• Facilitate reviews of the roadmap, prioritization discussions, and decision-making forums with senior leadership.

• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and managed services teams.

• Represent the product in conversations with customers and translate their feedback into roadmap decisions.

• Work in tandem with delivery teams on estimation and quarterly as well as annual planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of relevant product management experience.

• Proven track record specifically as a data product manager handling data-intensive platforms or products.

• Demonstrated experience in owning a product roadmap from start to finish, including strategy formulation, backlog prioritization, and accountability for results.

• Comfortable navigating complex data environments, including intricate data relationships, edge cases, and downstream dependencies.

• Practical experience in an AI development environment, utilizing AI tools for creating requirements documentation, user stories, and specifications as part of the daily workflow.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in channel, distribution, or Life Sciences/pharma data domains is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Experience in master data management is a plus.

• Valid US work authorization not requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
