This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the catalog product strategy, establishing metrics for catalog health, measurement, and setting priorities for accuracy, coverage, and time-to-value.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, operations, and supplier-facing teams to identify CMS/PIM workflow and catalog data-model challenges.
• Define release segments across merchant tools, catalog integrity, publishing/synchronization, packages, and attributes.
• Evaluate product success and failure metrics in relation to catalog quality, merchandising efficiency, orderability, and return drivers.
• Lead and synchronize a well-balanced engineering and design product team.
• Develop roadmaps, product briefs, data-model clarifications, and launch strategies.
• Oversee discovery, scoping, building, launching, and iterating processes; draft briefs and acceptance criteria while ensuring delivery results.
• Align catalog decisions with Merchandising, platform partners, and related product teams.
• Establish feedback mechanisms with category managers, suppliers, ordering teams, supplier representatives, and clinical/payor systems.
• Experience delivering or managing catalog, PIM, or product-information systems at scale, encompassing attributes, variants/SKUs, relationships, mappings, and operator tools.
• Knowledge of how product data quality influences browsing, searching, cart management, fulfillment, and partner onboarding.
• Proficiency in data modeling, system architecture, APIs, and performance trade-offs.
• Ability to transform intricate catalog challenges into prioritized roadmaps with well-defined success metrics.
• Capacity to foster alignment among merchandising, operations, engineering, and product teams.
• Strong writing and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Over 7 years of product management or relevant product/engineering leadership experience, including significant time spent on catalog, PIM, commerce data, or similar systems products.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations and/or conferences approximately once per quarter.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, scientific, or quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with Healthcare/DME, including HCPCS, supplier catalogs, or medical product taxonomies (preferable).
• Practical experience with CMS/PIM products utilized by merchandising or content operations teams (preferable).
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment (preferable).
• Awareness of AI-assisted catalog mapping, deduplication, or content enrichment (preferable).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment; employer visa sponsorship is not available.
