This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the roadmap, priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes for a specific product work stream.
• Conduct structured discovery cycles utilizing user research, data analysis, and input from stakeholders.
• Convert insights into actionable specifications and prototypes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define scope, estimate timelines, and deliver initiatives punctually.
• Launch product features based on large language models and agentic workflows.
• Manage AI product trade-offs such as model selection and migration, prompt and context design, token costs, latency, evaluation, and failure modes.
• Identify manual, spreadsheet-dependent tasks across Rosie Ops, Client Experience, and Finance, and transition them to automations and agents.
• Establish and monitor success metrics for product initiatives.
• Foster alignment with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Client Experience, and Finance teams.
• Set up communication schedules and automate updates for stakeholders.
• Comprehend the We Are Rosie marketplace and make decisions that benefit both Rosies and brands.
• Proactively identify risks, propose solutions, manage workloads independently, and enhance team capabilities.
• 2–5 years of experience in product management, preferably with marketplace, platform, or two-sided network products.
• Proven experience in building a complete product loop: discovery, prototyping, user validation, shipping, measurement, and iteration.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering AI features to production for customers or colleagues.
• Familiarity with context windows, token costs, prompt engineering, retrieval, fine-tuning, agent loops, output-quality evaluation, and handling inaccurate model outputs.
• A history of guiding teams towards AI adoption through training, playbooks, change management, and non-technical colleague engagement.
• Capability to produce clear problem framing, sound scoping, and effective AI-generated PRDs, tickets, specifications, and status summaries.
• Competence in establishing communication rhythms and automating updates for stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with finance teams, understanding product impacts on P&L, unit economics, and revenue.
• Strong proficiency in spreadsheets.
• Understanding of system architecture, API functionalities, and their limitations.
• Ability to differentiate when to challenge technical limitations and when to seek alternative solutions.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and resource-constrained environments.
• Proven track record of trust with engineering partners.
• A proactive approach with a bias towards action and execution.
• Ability to work independently, identify risks early, and provide solutions.
