Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and take ownership of the product strategy for essential platform areas.

• Convert company objectives and customer insights into a prioritized roadmap.

• Manage cross-functional projects from initial discovery through to launch and ongoing iterations.

• Combine qualitative feedback and quantitative data to pinpoint opportunities and validate hypotheses.

• Establish and track KPIs while analyzing trends in product performance.

• Enhance adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, onboarding, and support teams regarding requirements, scope, tradeoffs, and success metrics.

• Develop product requirement documents, user stories, and technical specifications.

• Lead quality assurance processes and define acceptance criteria.

• Maintain user experience and product reliability standards.

• Mentor junior product managers and influence stakeholders across various departments.

• Assist in go-to-market initiatives, create training materials, and promote feature adoption.

• Cultivate relationships with veterinary clinics and pet parents.

• Define the product vision while assessing strengths, opportunities, and risks associated with the product.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree.

• Over 5 years of progressive experience in product management.

• Proven experience in owning complex product areas.

• Demonstrated success in delivering strategic, cross-functional initiatives that have measurable business impacts in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.

• Ability to define and implement product strategy effectively.

• Experience in managing multi-quarter roadmaps.

• History of leading discovery and experimentation initiatives.

• Experience collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

• Strong long-term product vision coupled with principled decision-making regarding tradeoffs.

• Advanced analytical skills.

• Experience in defining KPIs and constructing business cases.

• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and data analytics tools.

• Extensive experience in crafting product requirement documents.

• Experience in leading sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions.

• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and execute complex launches.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in influencing senior stakeholders and fostering cross-functional alignment.

• Experience in conducting user research and interviews.

• Ability to manage competing priorities while mentoring junior team members.

• Strong comprehension of technical architecture, APIs, integrations, and system design.

• Comfort in engaging in technical discussions and evaluating implementation tradeoffs.
