Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Establish the vision for AI and ML-driven solutions that integrate systems of engagement, record, and insight.

• Take ownership of product strategy formulation and roadmap development.

• Compose product specifications and collaborate with design teams to craft user experiences.

• Work in partnership with engineering to implement and deliver features and products.

• Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, conduct product testing, and uphold high quality standards.

• Advocate for the product vision at conferences and engage with strategic customers and partners.

• Develop presentations, whitepapers, and other materials that highlight product value.

• Foster customer relationships to uncover key use cases and product functionalities.

• Collaborate with product marketing and sales leaders on go-to-market strategies.

• Keep abreast of market trends and conduct competitor analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.

• Over 5 years of experience in the software industry, particularly in development or product management roles.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, including engineering, marketing, and UX.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels, from technical buyers to economic decision-makers.

• Experience in AI and Healthcare is advantageous.

• A self-motivated individual with a growth mindset, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
