This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the vision, roadmap, prioritization, and comprehensive execution for data collection capabilities across web, server-side, and various digital touchpoints.
• Define and convey product direction for the collection of customer data that is accurate, governed, consent-aware, secure, and ready for activation.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to grasp workflows, implementation challenges, regulatory requirements, and unmet needs.
• Convert privacy regulations, consent expectations, customer requirements, technology, and market dynamics into product opportunities.
• Develop event-based data collection strategies, focusing on event schemas, data quality, validation, observability, and interoperability.
• Decompose complex problems and cross-functional initiatives into manageable, incremental deliverables.
• Set product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, success measures, and delivery milestones in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture to design scalable solutions that account for dependencies.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to validate opportunities, assess tradeoffs, measure outcomes, and refine product strategy.
• Prioritize and make decisions for engineering teams while balancing customer value, technical investment, reliability, and business impact.
• Facilitate go-to-market strategies and adoption through enablement, documentation, product demonstrations, customer conversations, and launch planning.
• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager developing SaaS products.
• Demonstrated success in driving customer adoption and retention.
• In-depth knowledge of digital data collection, including client-side and server-side tracking, SDKs, APIs, data layers, event pipelines, and collection architectures.
• Strong grasp of event schemas, tracking plans, and data validation processes.
• Experience in constructing or managing products that support complex, customized implementations with significant upstream and downstream dependencies.
• Practical understanding of consent management, privacy requirements, data governance, data security, and regulatory obligations.
• Background working with customers in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, insurance, or the public sector.
• Capability to comprehend complex technical systems and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Skill in breaking down ambiguous challenges and large initiatives into focused, measurable increments.
• Strong product discovery and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in identifying root causes, testing hypotheses, evaluating alternatives, and making informed decisions with incomplete information.
• Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in defining and utilizing success metrics related to data quality, reliability, governance, customer adoption, and business outcomes.
