Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Establish the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

• Oversee the product life cycle from identifying opportunities to ensuring a successful go-to-market process.

• Collaborate with Design, User Experience Research (UXR), and Tech to conduct product discovery.

• Define requirements and releases in partnership with the engineering team.

• Engage and collaborate proactively with stakeholders.

• Provide updates on team progress towards objectives, manage expectations, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Set team goals aimed at improving key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Ensure the quality and compliance of couriers' data and accounts.

• Assist the Profile, Compliance, and Engagement teams by ensuring adherence to regulations, enhancing courier experience, and removing unnecessary manual tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Product Owner or Senior Product Manager within Agile software development teams.

• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering to critically assess technical solutions and trade-offs.

• Capable of effectively communicating complex issues and requirements to non-domain experts in a clear, concise manner.

• Solution-oriented with a practical mindset.

• Proactive in optimizing processes and products.

• Experience integrating regulatory compliance, data privacy, and security standards into core platform services.

• Established record of managing the platform as a product to support other teams.

• Familiarity with event-driven microservice architectures and modular UI engineering is a plus.
