Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategy, roadmap, and results for the product area from initial discovery to launch and ongoing iterations.

• Ensure alignment of the product area with the overarching product portfolio strategy.

• Maintain an organized and transparent roadmap for business stakeholders.

• Make informed product trade-offs and effectively communicate the rationale behind them.

• Link every release to quantifiable customer or revenue results.

• Enhance customer and market insights through research involving users, sales, and production automation.

• Lead products from inception to completion by identifying needs, validating them, defining the MVP, driving revenue, and continually iterating.

• Draft comprehensive product requirements and clearly defined specifications.

• Leverage AI for research, synthesis, prototyping, and communication purposes.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, research, data, marketing, sales, support, and executive teams.

• Establish and monitor metrics for adoption, revenue, retention, and customer impact.

• Serve as the product representative to external stakeholders, including customers, analysts, and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of product management experience in B2B enterprise SaaS.

• Proven ability to take products from inception to market, with measurable revenue impact.

• Ability to navigate significant ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced, competitive markets influenced by rapid technological advancements.

• Proficient in using AI as a regular collaborator in thinking, building, and communication, including AI prototyping and stakeholder engagement.

• A genuine enthusiasm for automation and business transformation.

• Previous experience in the automation or AI/agentic product domains is preferable.

• A technical background in engineering, computer science, or equivalent hands-on experience is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of modern agentic frameworks, LLM tools, and the construction and evaluation of AI agents in enterprise environments is highly desirable.
