Lead Product Manager, Proactive Care

📋 Description

• Take ownership of customer outcomes for proactive care, guiding validated problems to commercial products through all stage gates.

• Transform activity, mobility, sleep, and routine signals into actionable decisions for care teams.

• Collaborate closely with AI, design, engineering, clinical, and Customer Success teams.

• Identify needs among executive directors, wellness directors, caregivers, and clinical staff.

• Test concepts with care staff prior to allocating engineering resources.

• Define Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), conduct alpha and beta programs, and establish clear exit criteria at each stage gate.

• Design intervention workflows that align with caregiver routines, incorporating EHR and eCall systems.

• Set signal-quality standards, prioritizing precision over volume and enhancing clinical judgment.

• Uphold resident privacy, consent, and dignity throughout all workflows.

• Connect interventions to reduced hospitalizations, decreased liability, extended length of stay, and care gaps that can be addressed.

• Bring validated product strategies to expansion alongside Sales and Customer Success.

• Ensure outcomes include a validated product in the market, proactive care alpha/beta initiatives, earlier detection, and expedited caregiver responses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully taken a product (not merely a feature) from inception to commercial adoption.

• Typically possess 6+ years of experience in product management or a related field, though equivalent experience may be acceptable.

• Experience in developing solutions for clinical, caregiving, or other high-stakes operational workflows.

• Proficiency in data and machine learning, including understanding precision/recall trade-offs.

• Capability to present signals in a clear manner to non-technical users.

• Strong inclination towards prototyping and testing with real users early in the process.

• Commercial insight and the ability to link outcomes to return on investment for enterprise clients.

• Strongly preferred: experience in senior living or post-acute care, a clinical background, or familiarity with EHR-integrated products.
