Digital Product Owner – Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, structure, and prioritize the delivery backlog (user stories, enhancements, and fixes) according to business value and customer goals.

• Manage, communicate, and maintain Jira, Trello, and Planner boards as the definitive source for initiative status, responsible parties, and timelines.

• Verify deliverables and document any discrepancies with supporting evidence.

• Track project KPIs daily, identify any anomalies, and recommend corrective measures.

• Bridge the strategic needs of stakeholders with the technical execution of the development team.

• Convert complex issues into clear requirements, guiding the team toward impactful, incremental deliveries.

• Serve as the Project Manager for external vendors, overseeing the process from briefing to validation, aligning timelines and quality standards.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and planning, ensuring consistency and predictability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing medium- to large-scale projects.

• Practical experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager for digital products involving multiple stakeholders and external vendors.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrumban, and/or SAFe).

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, and Planner.

• Analytical mindset with the capability to make data-driven decisions based on performance metrics.

• Understanding of conversion funnels and digital acquisition metrics.

• Knowledge of analytics and digital measurement (GA4, GTM, data layer, and data visualization).

• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, demonstrating autonomy, prioritization skills, and effective communication.
