Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +18 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Spokeo’s product roadmap for both consumer (B2C) and enterprise (B2B) sectors.

• Lead a dedicated cross-functional Scrum team through bi-weekly development cycles.

• Steer initiatives from roadmap prioritization all the way through to launch and iteration.

• Manage the product backlog while coordinating with Engineering, Design, Data Product, Quality Assurance, Legal, and business stakeholders.

• Oversee scope, dependencies, risks, blockers, and trade-offs to ensure timely delivery.

• Discover customer challenges and business prospects through user research, product data analysis, competitive assessment, and stakeholder feedback.

• Validate concepts and assumptions while assessing potential solutions.

• Convert insights into PRDs, user stories, and supplementary documentation.

• Evaluate the impact of launched features, analyze product performance, collect customer feedback, and keep an eye on competitors and industry trends.

• Spot opportunities for enhancing product experience and workflows, recommending data-driven actions for business expansion.

• Advocate for the team’s contributions by showcasing completed work and its role in fostering company growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of product management experience, including leading cross-functional engineering teams through agile development cycles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Product Design, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience with data-driven products and technologies such as people search, identity resolution, public records, APIs, and/or web applications.

• Strong comprehension of how data pipelines influence the end-user experience.

• Exceptional ownership and adaptability; a proactive self-starter who can foresee needs, drive initiatives, eliminate blockers, and excel amidst changing priorities.

• ROI-oriented product judgment with the capability to validate assumptions through data.

• Outstanding communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to generate clear, comprehensive, and consistent product requirements that incorporate stakeholder input.

• Experience utilizing AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Figma AI.

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
