Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of essential product areas focused on scaling operations.

• Partner with engineering and design teams to establish product specifications, deliver high-quality features, and enhance user adoption.

• Maintain a close feedback loop with the operations team, recognizing them as a vital product constituency with unique personas, workflows, and success metrics.

• Conduct user interviews, assess product utilization, and execute experiments to uncover high-impact opportunities.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in your field, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.

• Provide clarity and organization to ambiguous challenges and workstreams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing a successful product domain, preferably in B2B SaaS or platform products.

• Ability to write clear product specifications and an instinct for knowing when to be flexible versus when to be thorough.

• Comfortable navigating cross-functional environments and capable of clearly communicating decisions and trade-offs.

• Utilize data to guide decisions, whether through dashboards, SQL, or close collaboration with data teams.

• Experienced in guiding products through multiple launch cycles, with knowledge of setting goals, measuring impact, and iterating effectively.

• Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous settings and take initiative without needing to be prompted.

• Possess deep empathy for the diverse internal and external stakeholders you engage with.
