Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for the Sophos Endpoint Windows Platform.

• Formulate the strategy for the Windows platform, focusing on modernization, operating system readiness, security controls, agent architecture, performance, compatibility, reliability, and successful deployment.

• Collaborate with Microsoft on strategic roadmap initiatives, ecosystem modifications, platform dependencies, security integrations, and early engagement opportunities.

• Convert operating system updates, customer requirements, shifts in the threat landscape, partner expectations, and business priorities into a tangible product roadmap.

• Work alongside Engineering to define requirements, assess trade-offs, sequence investments, and deliver capabilities for Windows endpoints.

• Act as the Windows platform product owner for cross-portfolio teams, including Sophos XDR, EDR, MDR, Workspace Protection, X-Ops, NG-SIEM, and Endpoint Management.

• Utilize endpoint telemetry, customer feedback, field insights, support trends, competitive analysis, and platform data to prioritize tasks.

• Craft launch narratives, field guidance, partner messaging, customer-facing positioning, adoption strategies, and roadmap communication.

• Represent Sophos in customer councils, executive briefings, partner discussions, Microsoft engagements, competitive assessments, analyst conversations, and internal strategy forums.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, platform product management, endpoint security, enterprise security, Windows platform, or related technical product roles.

• In-depth understanding of the Windows operating system and platform.

• Familiarity with endpoint security architecture, including kernel and user-mode considerations, security controls, deployment models, diagnostics, performance, compatibility, operating system lifecycle, and platform change management.

• Proven track record of defining and delivering platform capabilities successfully.

• Experience collaborating with strategic technology partners, preferably including Microsoft.

• Strong technical proficiency in endpoint protection, detection and response, agent architecture, telemetry, update systems, operating system compatibility, and enterprise endpoint administration.

• Capability to translate technical platform efforts into roadmap priorities, executive narratives, customer value propositions, sales enablement, partner guidance, and adoption strategies.

• Experience in creating or facilitating go-to-market strategies for enterprise security products.

• Legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom without requiring employer sponsorship.
