This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +1 more state.
• Take full ownership of a product area from conception to execution, encompassing strategy, roadmap, specifications, launch, and post-launch performance metrics.
• Introduce new financing products and penetrate new markets, collaborating with Credit and Capital Markets on pricing, risk assessment, and facility eligibility.
• Enhance lending economics through loan sales, prefunding strategies, and banking partnerships.
• Develop and refine bill payment, invoicing, payment workflows, APIs, and integrations that facilitate the movement of hundreds of millions of dollars monthly.
• Engage with customers weekly, including brands, finance teams, and vendors.
• Create specifications for systems related to money movement and ledgers.
• Establish KPIs and collaborate with the Data team to implement them.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across credit risk, capital, legal, sales, and operations to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead a dedicated engineering team and collaborate with stakeholders based in the US.
• Over 5 years of product management experience with senior-level ownership and accountability for results.
• Experience in a product-focused company with the autonomy to make decisions.
• Strong preference for candidates with lending or credit product experience, including loan origination, servicing, underwriting, ledgers, or loan tapes.
• Preferred experience in fintech or payments as an alternative domain.
• Proven expertise in managing complex systems with substantial multi-stakeholder constraints, even without direct experience in lending, credit, fintech, or payments.
• Ability to operate independently without a Chief Product Officer.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Availability for approximately 3–4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time.
• A data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Must be based in Lviv or other locations in Ukraine; strong candidates from Eastern Europe, such as Poland, will also be considered.
