This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead the execution of sprint planning, backlog grooming and refinement, as well as the release cadence in collaboration with Engineering.
• Identify and interpret customer needs into clear, actionable user stories.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure readiness for release.
• Implement roadmap and prioritization frameworks based on usage data, customer feedback, and business impact.
• Develop a thorough understanding of users, customers, competitors, AI search, and agentic experiences.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success on product positioning, launch strategies, enablement, and tracking of adoption.
• Utilize AI copilots and agentic tools effectively, ensuring outputs are verified appropriately.
• Grasp how AI answer engines and autonomous agents retrieve and act upon structured content.
• Communicate product roadmaps and releases to both internal stakeholders and external audiences through webinars and customer updates.
• Promote the adoption of Product Community of Practice frameworks, mentor cross-functional partners, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Decompose work into shippable increments and validate releases with customers and users.
• Establish success criteria, measure product impact, and track metrics such as adoption, engagement, satisfaction, retention, and launch outcomes.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Ideally, experience within a startup transitioning to scale-up or demonstrable equivalent experience and impact.
• Background in product leadership.
• Proficient in executing sprint planning, backlog grooming, refinement, and release cadences.
• Ability to convert customer needs into actionable user stories.
• Experience in leading user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Capacity to make data-driven decisions regarding roadmaps and prioritization.
• Knowledge of AI search, AI answer engines, agentic experiences, and how autonomous agents retrieve and act on structured content.
• Experience with go-to-market execution, product positioning, launch plans, Sales and Customer Success enablement, and adoption tracking.
• Strong communication skills for conveying roadmaps and releases to internal and external stakeholders, including during webinars.
• Ability to foster adoption of product frameworks and mentor cross-functional teams through transitions.
• Technical understanding sufficient for engaging in architecture and feasibility discussions with Engineering teams.
• Skills in customer-centric delivery and user research.
• Strategic thinking, stakeholder management, customer empathy, and data-informed decision-making capabilities.
