This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the roadmap for the Seeking core experience across both web and native mobile platforms.
• Establish the North Star and input metrics, while justifying prioritization decisions to product, executive, and engineering leadership.
• Create sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, Framer, or code.
• Draft specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering implementation.
• Utilize agent-assisted environments to generate real, testable artifacts.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests focused on activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Implement features with a data-driven approach, leveraging product and mobile analytics.
• Engage in member dialogues, participate in user interviews, and assess support tickets.
• Integrate customer feedback into the roadmap and advocate for members during trade-off discussions.
• Develop and enhance agent workflows and contribute to the internal product playbook.
• For the Senior Product Manager level, oversee broader strategy and execution, establish standards, drive prioritization, and provide mentorship as the product function evolves.
• Proven track record of end-to-end shipping with tangible customer outcomes and measurable metrics.
• Demonstrated capability to independently drive research, prototyping, specification, and launch processes.
• Strong UX and design sensibility, with the ability to prototype, critique, and justify product design decisions.
• Daily, proficient use of agentic AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, or MCP-based workflows.
• Technical fluency in reading code, writing SQL, understanding APIs and data schemas, and grasping modern consumer software deployment.
• Practical experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, or similar product and mobile analytics tools.
• Native mobile experience on iOS and/or Android is highly preferred.
• Exceptional written communication skills for specifications, briefs, and decision-making documents.
• Systems thinking and business acumen across conversion, LTV, retention, and monetization.
• Ability to engage in strategic discussions with the founder.
• For Product Manager level: 2–4 years of experience in product, product engineering, design engineering, or a similar operational role, preferably within consumer B2C, mobile, or subscription businesses.
• For Product Manager level: at least one feature or product led from concept through launch with a measurable customer outcome.
• For Product Manager level: a rising-star trajectory and comfort in owning a defined area with mentorship.
• For Senior Product Manager level: 5+ years in product, including significant time at Senior PM, Principal PM, Group PM, Tech Lead PM, or Founding PM level.
• For Senior Product Manager level: multiple end-to-end shipped products or features with measurable outcomes.
• For Senior Product Manager level: ability to manage execution and strategy, defend decisions to the Head of Product and CEO, and provide mentorship and reviews.
• Travel is required for team weeks, user research, and quarterly planning in Las Vegas.
