Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Establish the vision for AI and ML-based solutions that integrate systems of engagement, record, and insight.

• Take ownership of product areas, overseeing strategy formulation, roadmap development, specification documentation, product promotion, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

• Formulate product strategy and vision based on customer demands and industry developments.

• Design and validate both near- and long-term product roadmaps in collaboration with customers and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with design teams to develop user experiences and detailed feature requirements.

• Work alongside engineering to implement and deliver features and products, mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure quality standards are met.

• Advocate for the product vision at conferences and engage with strategic customers and partners.

• Produce presentations, whitepapers, and other materials that highlight product value.

• Foster customer relationships to uncover use cases and product functionalities.

• Partner with product marketing and sales teams on go-to-market strategies.

• Keep abreast of market trends and perform competitor analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.

• Over 5 years of experience in the software industry, either in development or product management roles.

• Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and UX.

• Outstanding communication abilities, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels, from technical buyers to economic decision-makers.

• Experience in AI and Healthcare is advantageous.

• A self-motivated individual with a growth mindset, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
