This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +6 more states.
• Develop and implement products that integrate user experience, business requirements, and technology.
• Deliver straightforward, elegant solutions to intricate challenges.
• Oversee products and services in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Serve as the main relationship manager for business partners and product-line stakeholders.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure effective communication.
• Address and resolve general issues.
• Align the product with the overall business strategy.
• Provide support for analytics products and services related to Acute Hospital Operations, including Length of Stay reduction, Case Management, Perioperative Services, Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, Hospital Medicine, and Imaging.
• Collaborate as part of Providence's multidisciplinary analytics team within the Analytics Center of Excellence.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible management experience (in project, program, product, and/or personnel management).
• Expertise in data management, analytics, product design, customer engagement, data science, platform development, or related management roles.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with analytics tools, platforms, and programming languages such as SQL, ADO, Tableau, Power BI, or similar technologies.
• A Master's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent education/experience is preferred.
• Preferred experience includes 5 years of working with healthcare data and healthcare operations.
• Familiarity with industry frameworks in the relevant domain is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills.
