Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Address complex challenges by implementing innovative solutions.

• Evaluate risks and opportunities using sound judgment and provide data-driven written narratives.

• Collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, colleagues, and company leaders.

• Create and manage a product roadmap through engagement with stakeholders and customers.

• Enhance the customer experience post-approval.

• Lead cross-functional projects to identify business challenges, mitigate risks, and validate solutions through customer and market insights.

• Define use cases, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria.

• Set up iterative release schedules in coordination with dependent teams.

• Test, measure, and refine product experiences.

• Identify friction points and drive data-informed incremental improvements.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate timelines, obstacles, successes, and failures.

• Analyze the performance of product features.

• Foster organizational buy-in and maintain communication across functional areas.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in software Product Management.

• Proven experience in owning and managing post-approval or account management products in a consumer-facing digital context.

• Capability to design and iterate on self-service experiences across both web and mobile platforms.

• Experience in configuring or optimizing AI chatbot workflows for customer self-service resolution.

• Understanding of financial services or fintech products, including payment processes, lease or loan lifecycle management, and regulatory considerations.

• Ability to transition from high-level strategies to detailed execution.

• Outstanding communication skills encompassing listening, speaking, collaboration, writing, and presentation.

• High integrity and drive to pursue optimal products and services.

• Self-motivated, self-directed, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

• Enthusiasm for innovating new products.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience with payment or billing products is preferred.

• Familiarity with customer notification systems utilizing push, email, or SMS triggers is preferred.

• Background in lease-to-own, BNPL, consumer lending, or FinTech products is preferred.

• Experience with mobile and web-based products is preferred.

• Knowledge of risk product management is preferred.
