Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategic planning, development, and implementation of product initiatives.

• Ensure product initiatives are in line with company objectives and market demands.

• Customize the platform to meet the requirements of government contracting, including RFP processes.

• Partner with the AI research team to discover and incorporate AI technologies.

• Manage the product development cycle utilizing agile methodologies and Jira.

• Interact with customers to gather insights and feedback, converting them into product improvements.

• Prioritize product features and roadmap elements based on their impact.

• Allocate resources effectively to provide high-value updates in a timely manner.

• Promote collaboration among engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams.

• Ensure effective product launches and user adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Product Manager in a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company.

• Ideally, experience in the government contracting sector.

• Strong understanding of government contracting procedures, particularly RFPs.

• Proficient in agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.

• Proven ability to work with AI technologies and collaborate with technical teams.

• Experience in a dynamic, venture-backed startup environment.

• Familiarity with current AI and machine learning trends.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Capable of passing a Federal Background Check and Identity Verification.

• Background check will include a review of credit history, criminal records, and employment verification.
