Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the comprehensive product journey for global institutional clients within Institutional Lending, OTC Trading, and Portfolio & Risk Workflows.

• Convert intricate financial logic into user-friendly, secure, enterprise-level experiences.

• Manage the product lifecycle for institutional financing, which encompasses margin lending, collateral management, LTV monitoring, and interest rate workflows.

• Create OTC/RFQ trading workflows, client quote interfaces, and post-trade confirmation processes.

• Establish balance controls, alerts, and user-facing risk dashboards in collaboration with risk teams.

• Develop Web/Portal interfaces tailored for institutional traders, operations teams, and fund managers.

• Design multi-entity sub-account structures, RBAC, multi-signature/approval policies, and security configurations.

• Enhance API documentation, SDKs, FIX/WebSocket connection onboarding, and reporting/statement generation.

• Optimize client onboarding/KYB setup, daily fund operations, balance management, and account reconciliation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of Product Management experience in FinTech, Digital Assets, SaaS, or Institutional Financial Services.

• Solid foundation in core financial products, particularly in Institutional Lending, Margin, OTC Trading, or Enterprise Risk Dashboards.

• Demonstrated success in designing complex B2B/institutional platforms.

• Strong focus on usability, account hierarchies, approval workflows, and effective data visualization.

• Exceptional abilities in workflow design, wireframing, API usability, and collecting feedback from institutional clients or coverage teams.

• Knowledge of crypto market dynamics, MPC custody workflows, or digital asset lending protocols (preferred).

• Familiarity with using AI/LLMs for client interaction, operational/risk workflow automation, or enhancing product development speed (preferred).
