This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take charge of the administrative experience roadmap for the Engagement Hub, overseeing everything from discovery to delivery while balancing client commitments, strategic initiatives, and engineering capabilities.
• Detect and address ongoing challenges faced by platform administrators by quantifying time-intensive workflows and implementing measurable enhancements.
• Develop agents to automate and streamline administrative processes.
• Manage the entire client-request intake process, including triage, prioritization, setting expectations, and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to transform recurring requests and escalations into product development decisions.
• Assist in go-to-market readiness by providing positioning, release communications, and facilitating client onboarding.
• Work closely with the VP of Product on annual and quarterly planning, roadmap strategies, and resource allocation.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a complex B2B SaaS product.
• Proven track record in managing admin, back-office, or operator-facing tools.
• Experience in assessing improvements to users' daily tasks.
• Background in executing structured intake and prioritization for client-generated requests.
• Direct experience collaborating with Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams.
• Ability to oversee a strategic roadmap while managing a high-volume triage queue.
• Capacity to navigate ambiguity and translate complex problem areas into clear requirements.
• Practical experience in shipping, prototyping, or rigorously evaluating LLM-powered features.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and influencing others without direct authority.
• Comfort in a distributed, asynchronous work environment.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, or other similar product operations tools.
• A mindset characterized by curiosity, diligence, and a focus on outcomes over outputs.
• Nice to have: experience in higher education, alumni relations, mentorship, or community/networking platforms.
• Nice to have: experience in human-in-the-loop or approval-gated automation.
• Nice to have: experience in growth-stage edtech or vertical SaaS companies.
