Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop product visions and strategies for the various offerings in the foundation's portfolio.

• Implement the product vision by transforming opportunities into reality through collaboration with engineers, designers, and researchers.

• Actively engage in the daily operations of product development.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and commercial partners like Nabu Casa and Apollo Automation.

• Involve the global community in shaping opportunities from initial discovery through to delivery.

• Report directly to the Marketing Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience providing value to users in a product management role.

• More than 3 years of experience in crafting strategy and vision for a product.

• Significant experience operating with full autonomy and in iterative development/release cycles.

• Expertise in collaborating within multi-disciplinary teams, including UX designers, researchers, and engineers.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.

• Comfort with public speaking at workshops, meetups, livestreams, and similar events.

• Professional proficiency in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Currently located in and eligible to work within Europe.

• A genuine interest in smart home technology and automation.

• Experience as a Home Assistant user.

• A strong curiosity and eagerness to learn.
