Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement product strategy for essential logistics solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.

• Partner with engineering, design, and solutions teams to conceptualize, create, and launch features that integrate with enterprise OMS, WMS, TMS, and POS systems.

• Spearhead product discovery leveraging customer insights, internal feedback, and market analysis.

• Manage the product lifecycle from inception to launch, including scoping, prioritization, requirements gathering, and technical validation.

• Collaborate directly with customers and solutions engineers to formulate use cases, validate requirements, and enhance workflows.

• Create product documentation, enablement resources, and value propositions for sales, customer success, and go-to-market efforts.

• Lead analytics and reporting initiatives to assess success, customer adoption, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Evaluate AI models, agent functionalities, and feature prototypes against actual customer use cases.

• Articulate Nash's product vision to customers, partners, and at industry conferences.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or enterprise software.

• Strong technical expertise with practical experience in system integrations, APIs, and complex enterprise settings.

• Proactive in discovery and possesses strong analytical capabilities.

• Familiarity with AI tools and models.

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional product development alongside engineering, design, and technical sales or solutions teams.

• Ability to create clear requirements, user stories, and detailed use cases.

• Exceptional communication skills and comfort in presenting to both technical and executive audiences.

• Proven ability to lead initiatives from concept to execution in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

• Previous experience in logistics, delivery, or supply chain technology is preferred.

• Experience in launching AI-native or agent-driven product features is a plus.

• Hands-on skills in data analysis or financial modeling are preferred.
