This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take ownership of outcomes based on metrics that align with the company's OKRs.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the business, including product, operations, customers, market dynamics, competitors, and regulatory risks.
• Maintain a balanced roadmap that considers both short- and long-term priorities, growth opportunities, technical investments, and regulatory needs.
• Utilize customer discovery, product analytics, and experimentation to validate assumptions and refine product direction and priorities.
• Deconstruct ambiguous and complex challenges into proposals, actionable plans, trade-off scenarios, and recommendations.
• Combine business acumen with product, design, and technical perspectives.
• Create queries and analyses to confirm hypotheses, rigorously test intuition, and track early product signals.
• Manage product documentation, including one-pagers, PRDs, GTM plans, release scopes, and user stories.
• Foster relationships with customers, teams, stakeholders, and leaders to communicate and align product direction.
• Maintain high standards for ownership, decision-making rigor, product quality, and execution excellence across teams and partners.
• Bachelor's degree (candidates with degrees in technical fields will be given strong preference).
• Over 8 years of relevant experience in technology companies.
• More than 5 years of experience in owning and managing products end-to-end as a Product Manager.
• Proven track record of achieving measurable outcomes tied to OKRs, shaping product direction, and transforming complexity and ambiguity into high-value opportunities.
• Strong customer empathy and capability to synthesize both qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Experience in driving product velocity while ensuring execution excellence, product quality, and risk mitigation.
• Strong analytical skills in metric design and monitoring, funnel analysis, and evidence-based prioritization.
• Hands-on SQL experience is highly desirable.
• Technical fluency in system architecture, APIs, data flows, and trade-off discussions with engineers.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of autonomy, sound judgment, resilience, and capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Relevant domain experience, where applicable.
• Experience in building, launching, and scaling fintech products.
• Experience in developing products from inception to completion or in shaping entirely new product lines.
