Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Define, prioritize, and implement the product roadmap for enterprise-centric capabilities, which include privacy models, partner integrations, and adaptable deployment models that range from managed services to institution-operated environments.

• Foster cross-team alignment with strategic development partners and modular platform providers to weave customer discovery insights into a unified, institutional-grade product suite.

• Collaborate directly with go-to-market teams during significant sales cycles with Tier-1 financial services institutions, offering in-depth product expertise during technical evaluations, InfoSec assessments, RFPs, and transitions from pilot to production.

• Execute structured customer discovery with institutional stakeholders, utilizing AI-assisted tools to create early-stage prototypes, specifications, and testable artifacts to expedite feedback loops prior to full engineering cycles.

• Monitor and analyze developments in capital markets technology, enterprise tokenization, and private/public blockchain ecosystems to guide product positioning and long-term roadmap strategies.

• Formalize successful deployment methods into repeatable product narratives, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept frameworks for key financial services use cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience as a Product Manager, supported by a robust technical background in software development, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise platforms.

• Significant expertise within traditional financial institutions (such as banks, asset managers, custodians, payment networks, or fund operators), including a comprehensive operational understanding of trade lifecycles, post-trade workflows, settlement processes, and fund administration.

• A proven track record of owning and delivering complex software products for enterprise clients, with direct experience in supporting enterprise sales cycles, InfoSec assessments, technical evaluations, and RFPs.

• Demonstrated capability to independently translate discovery into specifications, wireframes/prototypes, and shipped features without the need for detailed guidance.

• Proficient in utilizing modern AI tools and prototyping frameworks to quickly convert customer insights into testable assets.

• Ability to engage credibly and autonomously in high-level technical and operational discussions with CTOs, Heads of Operations, and enterprise architects.

• Background or experience with enterprise tokenization platforms, digital assets, or private blockchain infrastructure.

• Familiarity with transaction privacy models, confidential computing, or selective disclosure mechanisms.

• Understanding of modular tokenization frameworks that span issuance, lifecycle management, trading, and settlement layers.

• Experience with EVM-compatible networks or enterprise web3 platform services (e.g., token services, consensus services, smart contract frameworks, stablecoin/asset tokenization studios).
