Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the customer challenge involving compliance for growing, multi-location workforces with respect to policies, notices, and training.

• Manage Handbooks and compliance learning products.

• Oversee Multi-State and Jurisdiction Management as well as Onboarding workflows, excluding I-9 and E-Verify processes.

• Handle handbook intake, policy selection and assembly, multi-state and section-level editing, review, approval, versioning, publication, and portability.

• Supervise mandated training assignments, tracking, and confirmation of completion.

• Specify jurisdiction inputs that trigger relevant policies, notices, training, and alerts.

• Oversee onboarding state reporting, wage theft prevention notices, and acknowledgments of handbooks and policies.

• Manage post-approval distribution to employees, acknowledgment tracking, manager guidance, and transitions to payroll and HRIS configuration.

• Shape experiences within partner platforms and through the Intelligence Core API.

• Engage in ongoing customer discovery and synthesize insights into product decisions.

• Collaborate with Product Design on prototypes and experimental initiatives.

• Define responsibilities for agents, human approval, and licensed experts.

• Create product requirement and decision documents, prioritize the backlog, and take charge of launch and adoption processes.

• Define, instrument, and report on success metrics.

• Work collaboratively with engineering, design, data science, compliance content, HR advisory, customer success, partner management, and go-to-market teams.

• Support sales, support, and implementation efforts related to shipped products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including at least 3 years of end-to-end ownership of a product area, from problem definition to launch, adoption, and iteration.

• Proven track record in continuous customer discovery, involving weekly conversations with customers and users, and making evidence-based roadmap decisions.

• Experience catering to two or more distinct audiences for the same product.

• History of writing product requirements and decision documents that can be acted upon by engineering, design, and compliance experts.

• Capability to define and justify success metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights.

• Experience collaborating with subject-matter experts in regulated or correctness-critical areas.

• Strong collaborative skills with engineering, design, and data science teams in agile settings.

• Experience in creating AI-assisted or agentic experiences with well-defined human review points.

• Familiarity with document generation, policy or content management, learning management, or workflow products where correctness and version history are imperative.

• Knowledge of multi-jurisdiction requirements in HR or a similar regulated field, or the ability to rapidly gain expertise.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience with HR technology, compliance technology, or regulatory products is preferred.

• Experience with API-delivered, embedded, or partner-distributed products is preferred.
