Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Direct product strategy and implementation across talent, marketplace, vetting, and platform ecosystem domains.

• Manage the roadmap, prioritization, and execution for a key product area.

• Convert ambiguous business challenges into structured product strategies, clear requirements, and effective execution.

• Propel product development with a focus on user experience, workflow design, and product quality.

• Leverage data to uncover opportunities, diagnose problems, prioritize investments, and assess impact.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, QA, and operations to deliver high-quality products swiftly.

• Balance immediate execution with strategic long-term product and platform considerations.

• Develop scalable systems and experiences instead of temporary features.

• Engage with senior stakeholders and foster alignment across teams with differing priorities.

• Oversee initiatives related to talent discovery, search and matching, onboarding, profile quality, vetting, trust and integrity, marketplace workflows, hiring manager experience, and internal operational tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of product management experience.

• At least 2 years of previous experience in software engineering, Data Science, or Design.

• Strong product intuition paired with exceptional design and UX judgment.

• Capability to utilize metrics, experimentation, and user insights to inform decisions.

• Solid technical fluency and capacity to collaborate closely with engineering on architecture, trade-offs, and execution.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong structured thinking ability to clarify ambiguous, cross-functional challenges.

• High sense of ownership, urgency, and a strong inclination towards execution.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a similarly rigorous field is preferred.

• An MBA from a top-tier institution is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Preferred experience with B2B SaaS, marketplace, platform, workflow, onboarding, trust/safety, search, matching, or AI-driven products.

• A proven track record of collaborating with engineering and design teams to deliver refined user experiences is preferred.
